You're in before everyone else — help us find what's broken, confusing, or just off before launch.

Thank you — this is the single most valuable thing you can do for the project right now. This page tells you what to test, how to report it, and what kind of feedback actually helps. Read it once before you start.

The one rule: be specific & reproducible

A great report lets us see exactly what you saw and do exactly what you did. A vague one ("the swap is broken") we can't act on. Before you send anything, ask: "Could a dev recreate this from what I wrote?" If not, add detail.

How to report — copy this

Paste this for every issue — one issue per report:

Severity — tag every report

When unsure, guess — we'll re-tag. Anything touching money, balances, or wallet signing: lean toward Major/Blocker.

Where to focus

Try each like a brand-new user. The question is always: did it work, and did you ever feel confused, stuck, or unsure?

• Connecting your wallet — connect, disconnect, reconnect. Try a couple of wallets. Did it remember you? Any dead ends?
• Swapping (/swap/) — all three tabs:
  • Cardano Dex — pick a token, enter an amount, read the quote, do a small real swap, sign it.
  • Cross-chain — try the bridge flow (you don't have to complete a real bridge).
  • Fiat — open the buy widget, check the amounts / currency.
• Trading (/swap/trade/) — read the chart, switch timeframes, place a small market order, try a limit order, check your trade history.
• Token analytics (/swap/analytics/) — load it up, look up a few tokens, scan the charts and market data. Tell us if any numbers look wrong, anything fails to load, or the page drags.
• OTC (/otc/) — browse open orders, take one (small), list one of your own, then cancel/manage it.
• NFT marketplace — browse, open a listing, try buying / listing / making an offer.
• Your account + Viperion Wallet — balances, settings, the custodial wallet, the one-click toggle.
• Staking / Wade pool — view the pool, try delegating.
• On your phone 📱 — repeat the big ones on mobile. Mobile issues are gold — layout, tap targets, anything cut off.
• Across the board — broken links, slow pages, anything that made you go "huh?", and confusing copy or typos.

You don't have to do all of it — pick a few and go deep rather than skimming everything.

The feedback we're hungriest for

If you only report a few things, make them these:

• 🧠 Anywhere you got confused or hesitated — even if it technically "worked." If you paused, a new user will bounce.
• 💸 Anything money- or signing-related that felt unclear or scary — wrong fees, a confusing confirmation, "wait, did that go through?"
• 📱 Mobile breakage — we need real devices, not just desktop.
• 🔢 Numbers that look wrong — balances, prices, fees, totals.
• 🔁 Steps to reproduce reliably — if you can make it happen twice, tell us exactly how.

Please DON'T report

• 🎨 Unfinished / placeholder visuals — some art and screenshots are mid-redesign; we know.
• 📋 Anything already on the known-issues list — check it first.
• 🔁 Duplicates — skim the channel; if it's already reported, react/+1 instead of reposting.
• ❌ "It's broken / it's down" with no details — use the template instead.

A few practicalities

• Use small amounts for any real transaction — you're testing the flow, not the size.
• Features may go in and out during the window — if something worked a minute ago and now doesn't, note the time.
